Dr. Dinowitz graduated from The State University of New York at Stony Brook and earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, then completed his ophthalmology residency at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston, refining his expertise in complex corneal conditions; in addition to caring for patients in the Bloomfield and Avon offices, he serves on the staff at The Eye Surgery Center, Hartford Hospital, and Johnson Surgery Center, where he provides coordinated surgical care and a full range of services from glaucoma management and dry eye treatment to custom cataract and corneal surgery, helping patients move from vision problems to clearer, more comfortable sight with a focus on long-term eye health.
